Most of us would probably have guessed that all of us will either go to heaven, got banished to hell, or be left as a wandering ghost once we end our living lives.

Of course, life in Heaven would probably be the best place as compared to the other 2. As what's that have already been planted in our minds, that Heaven's a place like no others; filled with fluffy clouds, gourmet feast for every meal, have everything that your want, do whatever thing that you wish to be. And to be there, one have to actually have a heart of gold, helps the old, filial to his elders, and does everything good from his previous lives.

However, for those that have been jerks for all their lives, does everything bad, think bad, even dream of doing bad stuffs, obviously their place belongs in hell right? Who doesn't agreee with me?

And i guess the rest that are stuck in between can only be categorized as wandering ghost. Ghost that are still stuck in the place of the livings. Shady shadows that many have claimed to find inside old and spooky places.

But how much are these are actually true? Who even came out with heaven and hell in the first place? If neither of those are true, what exactly is the life life afterlife?? Does life just end after one dies, and contributes back to Earth?

Whichever the truth, we people chooses to believe. Believing that there's always a more superior being watching over us. Believing that there's always something to believe in.

Which brings us to the 7th Month. For those who have no idea at all what I'm saying, 7th Month in the chinese calender brings upon the Ghost festival. Its the time where the gates of Hades are open, and all the supernatuaral beings are unleashed out for a celebration. Its sort of like a Chinese New Year for them.

People do offerings along the grass at void decks and buring hell notes for the wandering souls to ward off them. Give them money and food and they will not disturb your family during their stay here.

So here's the question I've been wanting to ask for a long time, since we burn inscense, and offer food, which do they (If they exist) really feast on? The inscense, or the food. If they only feeds on inscense, why offer food? And if they only eats food, why burn inscense??

Whichever it is, today marks the end of the Ghost festival.
