Shop name: Caramel
Location: In between the walkway between Plaza Singapore and The Cathay
Price: 1 to 2 dollars more than the normal 5.90 per piece cake slices sold in other shop
Taste: 3.5/5
Ambiance / Environment: Cool, relaxing, good for chit chatting. Except for the thousand of people that keep walking pass the shop. Its a bit of a distraction.
