so pissed now!! didnt actually expect ACER to giv mi such problems... to think that i wasted 168 hrs of my life doing nuthin.. bored-ing at home... wasting my life away... and to think i am suppose to pay a whopping $611.05 for all these rubbish that had happened...
to think i made the effort to wait for bus 197 for a torturing 3omins... and an additional misfortune of havin me to walk in the rain... and another 5mins of waiting for the queue... and u noe what? they said its not ready yet... zzz..
pathetic huh... i have to wait and after about 10mins of waitin, a cal came by and said that i have to go for the more expensive one... as the 2nd option was way out... they said what, the patch is too much.. there is no replacement for that...
now, the reason i was so pissed, is not because i have to pay a more expensive screen... its cause they have a whole week for it to be fixed, and now only they cal and tell mi that i need a change..
one whole week my dear... we're tokin about one week... there's so much thing i can do in a week rather that slack at home... they could have at least made a phone call in the past week telling mi of that news... instead, they all have to wait until the last min when i reach then u said its not done yet... then u said there's no more 2nd graded screen and i have to take the 1st graded one..
one week... my god.. one week of torture, one week of bordem... one week of havin to spend my time doing nuthin but lying in my bed like some fatass rich man watchin tv and doing nuthin...
they all have sooo much time to get it fixed.. one week leh... its alot lo.. can change like...1000 LCD screens and i think i underestimated the amount somemore... zzz... and u noe what... i actually dun giv a damn whether u are lack of time lack of resources... lack of materials... bullshit.. its not my business.. u gave mi ur word was today... no time jus the date 9th april... shld get it done by yester actually and wait for my arrival formy collection and payment..

there's one thing to be happy about.. and that's to have my laptop back.. oo... did i mention one thing??

and that 5% GST charge... i think u all only worth the -0.05% of customer service charge by bringing the laptop up front to the helpdesk for my collection... and u guys ought to pay mi back a 5% charge of trouble u all brought to mi!!

u know what... i'm not gonna support acer anymore... lets not tok about the service of acer... even the laptop itself.. it not that great either... acer only gives the looks and not the quality... and i would have chosen fugitsu if i were rich enough~
